Hans Boland (1951) is slavist, vertaler en schrijver. Hij promoveerde op de Russische dichteres Anna Achmatova en vertaalde onder andere Poesjkin, Dostojevski, Achmatova en Tolstojs Anna Karenina. In 2015 ontving hij de Martinus Nijhoffprijs voor zijn vertalingen uit het Russisch. Vaderinstinct is de eerste roman van Boland die bij Van Oorschot verschijnt. In 2018 verscheen...
