Heldring"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jer\u00f4me Louis Heldring (1917-2013) werd in\u00a0geboren in Amsterdam. Na een rechtenstudie in Leiden werd hij in 1945 redacteur van de <em>Nieuwe Rotterdamse Courant<\/em>, waar hij tot 1972 bleef, de laatste jaren als hoofdredacteur. Hij zette zijn in 1960 begonnen column <em>Dezer dagen <\/em>sindsdien voort.<br \/>\nIn 1993 ontving Heldring een eredoctoraat van de Universiteit van Amsterdam, in 2007 kreeg hij de Anne Vondelingprijs voor politieke journalistiek en in 2013 nam\u00a0hij de Tegel (Nederlands belangrijkste journalistieprijs) in ontvangst\u00a0voor zijn gehele oeuvre.<br \/>\nEen keuze uit Heldrings colums verscheen in 1975 onder de titel <em>Het verschil met anderen<\/em>, gevolgd door <em>Een dilettant <\/em>in 1989 en in 2003 <em>Heel ons fundament kraakt.<\/em> Uitgeverij Van Oorschot geeft de vierde keuze uit zijn columns uit, namelijk\u00a0<em>Dezer dagen <\/em>verschenen in 2012\u00a0en <em>Onze eeuw<\/em>, een gesprek met Andr\u00e9 Spoor, verschenen in 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jer\u00f4me Louis Heldring (1917-2013) werd in\u00a0geboren in Amsterdam.
